Delivery Services:- RIDEAPP fulfilled service: - Orders to be delivered to customers by RIDEAPP only TAKE AWAY / DINE IN : - Customers of RIDEAPP will avail special discount for TAKE AWAY / DINE IN for the orders placed / Payment done through RIDEAPP. Restaurant fulfilled Service: Orders to be delivered by the merchant’s services (i)  The service shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions (ii)  The merchant undertake it shall not charge delivery charges to the customer for the delivery undertaken by RIDEAPP Registration Fee:- In consideration of the services, the Merchant hereby agrees to pay RIDEAPP a onetime registration fee of AED (“Registration fee”) for each restaurant outlet. The registration fee shall by payable by the merchant via CASH/CHEQUE (Drawn in the name of “Widelens for Marketing services via social media co) or Bank transfer (Bank account details for bank are mentioned below) or from the weekly payouts until the amount is fully recovered in installments by RIDEAPP . Annual Renewal Fee:- The merchant hereby agrees that on each anniversary date of the Effective date, the merchant shall pay to RIDEAPP AED (“Annual Renwal fee”) for each restaurant outlet. The registration fee shall by payable by the merchant via CASH/CHEQUE (Drawn in the name of “Widelens for Marketing services via social media co”) or Bank transfer (Bank account details for bank are mentioned below) or from the weekly payouts until the amount is fully recovered in installments by RIDEAPP. Model Delivery: The merchant will avail the service of online delivery from RIDEAPP with special features. Dine In: The merchants may avail services of Dine In services from RIDEAPP with special discount option. Commission Percentage:- The applicable Commission percentage shall be:- A.% on the menu price for Delivery ( Margin % inclusive – YES / NO ) * Tick the appropriate clause. B.% on the menu price for Dine - In.

Additional Terms & Conditions: - (i)  Please note that commission percentage shall be applicable for all Orders received by Merchant from RIDEAPP. (ii)  Effective date shall mean the date the merchant receives its first order. Commission Percentage inclusive of Payment Gateway Fee: YES / NO (If NO, merchant shall be liable to pay the payment gateway fee as provided herein below). Payment Gateway Fee:- Merchant shall pay a payment gateway fee of 2% fixed cost per transaction respectively on the order value. The aforementioned fee is applicable for online paid order(s) only. Payments Mechanism Offered to Process Customer Orders: (i)  Cash on Delivery (Subject to the provisions) (ii)  Electronic Payment Mechanism (Credit Card/debit Card/Net banking Transfer and / or e-wallets and (iii)  Redemption of vouchers and/or discount coupons (as applicable) provided by RIDEAPP. RIDEAPP Asset & Order Support:(Select the required) (i)  Web- based Dashboard. (ii)  Merchant App ( No Device provided, if required additional security deposit of AED will be charged from the merchant (iii)  RIDEAPP Mobile Instruments*(including SIM card**) given for receiving Customer orders *Upfront Support Cost (AED(Inclusive of applicable Taxes YES / NO ** SIM Card Cost: AED 35 per month (Inclusive of applicable Taxes YES / NO RIDEAPP shall be entitled to deduct AED 35 from the orders cost placed by the customer every month to recover the SIM card cost from the Merchant, till time Merchant is using the SIM card provided by RIDEAPP (Asset handover form to be filled separately in the event of handover of any RIDEAPP mobile instruments) Payment Settlement Process: - Any order payment amount which is collected by RIDEAPP for, and on behalf of the Merchant shall be passed by RIDEAPP to the merchant within a period of every 15 days i.e 1st & 16th of every month, subject to the deduction of the following amounts by RIDEAPP as applicable: a. RIDEAPP Receivable commission b. Commission percentage c. Payment Gateway d. Registration Fee e. Annual Renewal Fee f. Any delivery charges g. The amount underlying the Problem order or any other amount, charges that are due to RIDEAPP

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein set out and / or set out in the Terms, Rideapp & Widelens shall not edit or modify Merchant’s intellectual property. Furthermore, RIEAPP & WIDELENS shall only use such intellectual property in United Arab Emirates. I hereby agree to be subject to and comply with all the provision of the terms displayed on https://widelens.info/termsand-conditions-of-merchant-enrolment/ as may be amended from time to time, which are incorporated by reference herein and deemed to be part of this forum to the same extent as if such provisions had been set in full herein. Hard copy of the terms is also available upon request. The terms, Asset Handover Form and Merchant Information Form should be read along with this form and shall be binding on the Merchant. The terms not defined herein shall have meaning to them as ascribed in the Terms, except as expressly set out herein, the parties hereby agree that this form supersedes and replaces any and all previous agreements / forms between the parties for the provision of Online Ordering Services.
